SWIS Child Safety Policy
SWIS is committed to protecting the emotional and physical well-being of minors. A minor is defined as anyone under the age of 18.
If you come across content that violates this policy, please report it. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency right away.
Policy Overview
To ensure a safe environment for all users, avoid searching for or sharing any content on SWIS that falls into the following categories:
1. Exploitation and Sexualization of Minors:
- Explicit, suggestive, or exploitative depictions of minors.
- Content including nudity or inappropriate attire, even if searched for or posted with humorous or non-explicit intent.
- SWIS promptly reports any content containing child exploitation to relevant authorities for investigation.
2. Dangerous or Harmful Activities:
- Minors participating in stunts, challenges, or acts that could cause physical harm or injury.
- Activities like underage alcohol consumption, vaping, unsupervised use of firearms, or misuse of dangerous items such as fireworks.
3. Abuse and Neglect:
- Content showing or advocating physical, emotional, or sexual mistreatment of minors.
- Scenarios causing distress to minors, such as simulated abuse or exposure to violent themes.
4. Misleading or Inappropriate Content Aimed at Minors:
- Material intended for minors but containing sexual themes, violence, or mature subjects.
- Family-friendly content that features inappropriate subjects, such as horror elements or graphic depictions of medical procedures.
5. Harassment or Cyberbullying:
- Content that shames, deceives, or insults a minor.
- Sharing personal information about a minor, including sensitive details like contact or financial data.
Protecting Minors in Content
When posting or searching for content involving minors, ensure that:
- Activities are age-appropriate and under adult supervision.
- Clothing is suitable for the minor’s age and does not draw unnecessary attention.
Avoid posting or searching for content involving minors in private settings (e.g., bedrooms or bathrooms) or engaging in actions that might attract unwanted attention, such as provocative behavior or ASMR activities.
Reporting and Enforcement
SWIS removes any content violating this policy and notifies users of such actions. For first-time violations, a warning is issued. Repeated violations or severe offenses may result in account suspension or termination.
We do not tolerate predatory behavior and will collaborate with law enforcement to investigate cases where minors are at risk.
